Our orthodontic team simply is the best and is always committed to working with you and your family to create a positive, comfortable, and customized orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice.
Our office only employs the highest caliber team members in order to fulfill our purpose. They are excited about orthodontics, have the highest standards of quality and integrity, and are interested in long-term contributions to the successful treatment of our patients. A team member's responsibility continually exceeds a specific job assignment by providing a friendly atmosphere for patients. Team members are cross-trained in different office areas to help practice flow and decrease unnecessary patient wait time.
In addition, Dr. Tse and all his staff regularly attend continuing education courses in order to provide you with the most up-to-date, sophisticated, and state-of-the-art orthodontic treatment techniques available!

Greetings from Laura and I'll be the first point of contact in your exciting journey to a beautiful new smile! I was born & raised in Miami, proudly being Cuban-American and fluently bilingual in English & Spanish. Having finished Orthodontic treatment myself, I know first-hand the tremendous positive impact an attractive smile can have and I am truly passionate to be part of the Straightly Team in helping all our patients achieve their best oral health both esthetically & functionally. When I am away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my children and loving family. Together with Dr. Tse, I strive to implement my comprehensive skills & experience in creating a better world for everyone, one smile at a time! I can't wait to meet you & your family!

Hello and a warm welcome! My name is Maria (but everyone calls me “Mily”) and I am fluent in both English and Spanish for your language preference. I'm originally from Colombia and I moved to the U.S. with my family in 2016. My extensive dental experience includes practicing as a dentist in my native country for 21 years, and I am passionate about now being the lead orthodontic clinician and assistant here at Straightly Orthodontics. What I love most is taking care of my patients' teeth and seeing all the happy faces! In my free time, I enjoy being in my family’s company, spending a nice afternoon at the beach, caring for my plants, and cooking my favorite dishes. I look forward to working closely with Dr. Tse in creating your beautifully straight and healthy smile!
