Our office only employs the highest caliber team members in order to fulfill our purpose. They are excited about orthodontics, have the highest standards of quality and integrity, and are interested in long-term contributions to the successful treatment of our patients. A team member's responsibility continually exceeds a specific job assignment by providing a friendly atmosphere for patients. Team members are cross-trained in different office areas to help practice flow and decrease unnecessary patient wait time.
In addition, Dr. Tse and all his staff regularly attend continuing education courses in order to provide you with the most up-to-date, sophisticated, and state-of-the-art orthodontic treatment techniques available!

My passion is making all patients feel comfortable and confident from the moment they walk through our doors. I strive to make your visits feel welcomed, organized, and personalized, so you know you’re in great hands with Dr. Tse. Always with a smile, I’m here to guide you through every step of your Orthodontic journey with compassion, kindness, and honesty. With a background in patient care, healthcare administration, and customer service, I genuinely enjoy helping families understand their treatment options and making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Hello and welcome! I'm Miliza, but you can call me Mily (pronounced "Millie") and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. Originally from Colombia, I moved to the U.S. with my family in 2016. I practiced dentistry for 21 years in Colombia and now serve as the lead Orthodontic clinician and assistant here at Straightly Orthodontics. I love taking care of my patients' teeth and seeing their happy smiles. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, spending afternoons at the beach, caring for my plants, and cooking. I'm excited to work alongside with Dr. Tse & our committed team to help create your beautiful, healthy smile!

My name is Mailey and I was born and raised in Cuba, where I earned my dental degree before moving to the United States to continue growing professionally in the field of Orthodontics. My background as a dentist has given me a strong foundation in patient care and a deep appreciation for the life-changing impact of a radiant, confident smile. One of the most rewarding aspects of being part of our Straightly Orthodontics team is to build solid relationships with patients together with Dr. Tse ~ making you feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout every step of your Orthodontic journey. As a bilingual clinical assistant fluent in both English and Spanish, my goal is to provide every patient with a positive experience while helping create beautiful, healthy smiles that last a lifetime!
